Refund policy
All prints are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or accidental orders.
If your Print arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly replace it at no extra additional cost.
To request a replacement, please email us within 7 days of delivery at: creativeconnectionsstudios@gmail.com
Include :
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- photos of the packaging
Once approved, a replacement will be sent.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact the shipping carrier first. If your order appears lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate within our printing partner.
Refunds are only issued if:
- A replacement cannot be provided
- The item is confirmed defective and out of stock
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
