Processing Times

All prints are made to order through our trusted print partner. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Canada: Free standard shipping on all orders.

United States: Flat rate shipping of $10 USD.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Canada: 3–7 business days after shipping.

United States: 4–10 business days after shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons. Creative Connections is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs & International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
